If there is one place Eryn Park never thought she would be at this point in her life, it’s a soon-to-be MBA graduate working as a product marketing manager for a sustainable beauty brand. Since childhood, she’s always dreamed of moving to NYC and becoming a pastry chef. She cites the muffin man scene from Shrek as having a huge impact on her. The gumdrop buttons!
