Stern’s PhD, MBA and MS graduates are recognized individually at Stern’s Graduate Convocation. Diplomas will be mailed to candidates’ home addresses approximately 8 weeks after the ceremony. A maximum of 3 guest tickets may be requested by each graduate A professional photographer will be taking photographs of each graduate as they are recognized during the ceremony. Each graduate will be emailed a secure link and a PIN to view and order photos within 2 days of the ceremony.
NYU’s All-University Commencement is for all students graduating from all schools within New York University. Because more than 8,000 students are expected to attend, it is not possible to recognize each graduate by name. Instead, the deans will introduce each class as a whole, and a representative, selected in advance, will receive a symbolic diploma for each degree category.
